Summary

The field of professional Christian coaching continues to present a transformative opportunity to partner with individuals in navigating challenges, fostering growth, and enhancing overall well-being, particularly during these increasingly stressful times. This workshop is designed to inspire and equip coaches to elevate their practice to a masterful level, integrating evidence-based strategies with a Christ-centered approach. In this workshop, coaches will explore best practices essential for coaching, including affirming the inherent potential within clients, focusing on the coach’s presence and being, and prioritizing insights over immediate outcomes. The session will emphasize the importance of coaching the person rather than the problem and using metaphors as a powerful tool to facilitate transformational conversations. Participants will also receive the ICCA Coaching Model, which aligns with the ICCA Core Competencies, providing a structured framework to enhance coaching effectiveness. Finally, attendees will observe a master coaching demonstration to see these principles in action, gaining practical insights into how to integrate these techniques into their practice for lasting impact.
