This session explores foundational Positive Psychology concepts and how these powerful frameworks can be actively applied to enhance coaching outcomes and foster client growth. In this workshop, ministry leaders and coaches will engage in interactive exercises and collaborative activities that allow participants to experience key concepts firsthand. Participants will discuss how to implement Positive Psychology frameworks, such as the Broaden-and-Build Theory and the concept of ‘flow,’ to boost client focus, engagement, and satisfaction. Participants will also discover how to apply Positive Psychology interventions, including savoring, optimism exercises, and positive visualization, to foster a lasting sense of well-being and resource-building with clients. Additionally, participants will identify real-world applications and gain practical tools to enhance client growth by incorporating positive emotions, ultimately creating lasting, positive changes in the clients’ lives.
