This presentation is tailored for psychologists, licensed mental health professionals, and ministry leaders who provide therapeutic services to global workers and related personnel. It offers an in-depth exploration of the unique stressors and trauma that this population experiences. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the clinical symptoms and therapeutic dynamics specific to global workers, as well as evidence-based interventions that enhance resilience, potentially integrating theodicy where applicable. The workshop will provide time-tested and validated treatment modalities while considering culture-specific adaptations that the presenters have developed through their extensive international experience. Additionally, attendees will be introduced to a variety of resources available to support global workers, including telehealth services and global outreach options. The insights shared in this session will also be broadly applicable to other therapeutic settings discussed throughout the conference. A segment for Q&A and discussion will be included at the end to foster participant engagement and knowledge exchange.
