Today, people seek coaching, sometimes after counseling, to help heal and grow after difficult losses and traumatic experiences. As coaches, it is essential to analyze the meaning of neuroplasticity, resilience, and neuro-based coaching and capitalize on the wealth of research and knowledge from neuroscience about how the brain works. The presenter will guide participants through four ethical considerations and challenges specific to neuro-based coaching. This session explores how to incorporate evidence-based strategies that support the brain’s ability to be rewired to help clients grow and transform their painful experiences into positive change. Whether working with individuals or groups, participants will be equipped with practical tools and techniques from brain-based coaching that align with biblical principles to promote post-traumatic growth and lasting change.
